Kairvina Voices Our Collective Insecurities on “Eternal”

Date:

Kairvina is a Mumbai-based pop artist who pens strikingly vulnerable and self aware anthems that hit home for her generation. Her new single, “Eternal”, is an introspective profile on searching for her greater purpose amidst self-doubt, uncertainty, and commotion. Layered with refreshingly deep lyrics and effortless melodies, “Eternal” voices our unconscious anxieties into words.

“Eternal” stuns with visceral notes of acoustic guitar, fleeting harmonies, and ruminative percussion. Kairvina sings, “Written down, what I can’t speak / And as I’m living my life in journals / All I wonder is if this is eternal.” Paired with a vivid music video that captures Kairvina in the solitude of her home with her trusted journal, the visuals for “Eternal” evoke a sense of lonely contemplation.
