Kane Brown‘s latest single, “Says I Can,” from his upcoming album The High Road showcases his signature country sound. The track, reminiscent of his earlier hits like “Heaven” and “Good as You,” incorporates Brown’s smooth vocals.
The track captures the raw struggle of moving on, as he confesses, “your voice in my head says I can’t,” but leans on familiar comforts—“a bottle of bourbon, a cigarette burning, and some old vinyl turning”—that tell him otherwise. With nods to country icons like “Me, Willie, ole Jim Beam, and the Marlboro Man,” Brown crafts an anthem for anyone fighting to reclaim their peace after love’s wreckage.
In support of his new album, Brown will embark on The High Road Tour, kicking off on March 13, 2025, in San Diego, CA. The tour will cover 23 cities across North America, including notable stops in Portland, Nashville, and Montreal, before concluding on May 25 in Gilford, NH. Supporting acts include Scotty McCreery, Mitchell Tenpenny, Ashley Cooke, and Dasha on select dates. Fans can look forward to experiencing “Says I Can” live, along with other new tracks and fan favorites.
