Dela Kay navigates emotions after the end of a relationship in newly released track, “Remedy”

Date:

Up-and-coming pop punk artist Dela Kay has released a new single, “Remedy”. The singer draws inspiration from artists like Avril Lavigne, Paramore, and Maggie Lindemann. Her debut EP, Falling Into Place, surpassed over 771k streams and was included in Apple’s Best New Music Playlist.

“Remedy” is Dela Kay’s first release of the year and explores navigating your emotions after a relationship ends. Elaborating further on the creation of the track, Dela Kay states:

“I came up with the word ‘Remedy’ as the key phrase and started building from there. I loved the indie feel we were creating with those Lord Huron-inspired guitar loops, and we blended it with the alt-pop sound my fans know and love. It’s a mix of playfulness and hope, and I can’t wait to share this new side of me with everyone.”

Dela Kay looks forward to expanding her sound and releasing more new music in 2025.
