Sleep Theory speaks on inner battles with “Paralyzed”

Date:

Alt-rockers, Sleep Theory‘s latest release, “Paralyzed,” hits listeners with a powerful sound of heavy instrumentation, driving home the band’s signature theme of facing one’s inner demons head-on.

In the song, lines like “Paralyzed from the fear inside” and “The memories you try to bury now” depict the struggle of living with unresolved pain, and the band’s heaviest track to date amplifies this intensity.

On “Paralyzed” band explains, “‘Paralyzed’ is a record that speaks about the inner battles we face, and attempting to overcome those obstacles while trying to move on and seek inner peace. This is the heaviest track Sleep Theory has released, and the intensity of this record is there to help convey the magnitude of how these struggles feel internally.”

Along side the release of “Paralyzed” comes a powerful performance video, highlighting the raw energy Sleep Theory brings to live performances. It captures their passion onstage, drawing fans into the cathartic experience they create. This single follows the summer release of “Stuck in My Head,” which has skyrocketed on charts and streaming platforms, amassing over 16 million streams and earning a spot at No. 1 on SiriusXM Octane’s Big Uns countdown and within Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs.

Building on this momentum, Sleep Theory is set to embark on their first-ever European tour supporting Falling in Reverse and will close out the year supporting Daughtry across the U.S. The band has also announced their only show of 2025 so far, a January show supporting Beartooth and Dayseeker.
