On Oct. 18, dark pop artist Isabel LaRosa released her latest track “Muse,” which she has been teasing fans about for months. In the snippet she shares on her social media platforms when she announced the release date, fans can hear LaRosa sing “I wanna be your muse” before descending into an enchanting beat drop.

The song begins with a captivating rock beat. Then, Isabel LaRosa breathily starts singing her first verse with “Baby, tell me that you want me.” Once again, she captures the feeling of being in love and obsessed, especially in lyrics like “Boy, I love it when you need me / Breathe you in, you get me high.” After the second chorus, listeners will be awed by the catchy guitar solo that plays.

Fans of her songs “favorite,” which went viral on TikTok, and her last single “pretty boy,” will not be disappointed by “Muse” as Isabel LaRosa continues to sing about wanting to be the only girl for her love interest. Her signature style of dark, alt-pop love songs about longing with her powerful, breathy vocals is prevalent. She adds flair to every song like reggaeton elements in “favorite” and, now, rock elements in “Muse.”

This week, the 20-year-old singer is headlining her Heaven Doesn’t Wait tour in Europe. Back in September, LaRosa wrapped up her US tour during which she performed in cities like Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY. She even had a stop in Canada that month where she went to Toronto. Isabel LaRosa is a part of iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball lineup this winter in Detroit, Miami, and Washington DC.
