Disturbed celebrates 25 years of “The Sickness” with anniversary tour kicking off February 25

Date:

Multi-platinum rock band Disturbed has announced a 34-date tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of their groundbreaking debut album, The Sickness. “The Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour” will kick off on February 25 in Nampa, ID, and pay tribute to the album that catapulted them to fame and became one of heavy metal’s most iconic releases.

Each night, fans will be treated to two full sets of music—starting with a performance of The Sickness in its entirety, followed by a set of Disturbed’s greatest hits. The first leg of the tour will feature special guests Three Days Grace, with original vocalist Adam Gontier returning, along with Sevendust as the opener. The second half of the tour will bring in Daughtry as a special guest and Nothing More as the opener.

Since its release in 2000, The Sickness has been certified five times platinum by the RIAA, spent 106 weeks on the US Billboard 200, and earned a spot on Revolver’s list of “Top 25 Debut Hard Rock Albums.”

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 18, at 10 AM local time via disturbed1.com/tour.
