Kyro pays homage to “austin & ally” in nostalgic release

Date:

Pop-rock artist Kyro dropped his newest track, “austin & ally,” on Sept. 18. The 22-year-old originally from Philadelphia is making waves in Los Angeles, creating genre-bending music that is attracting over 1,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

“austin & ally” is a dreamy pop-rock tune that explores the overwhelming feeling of running into an ex. Kyro masters feelings of longing and nostalgia as he reflects on missed opportunities. The song takes inspiration from many of Gen Z’s most nostalgic childhood shows, like Austin & Ally, Big Time Rush, and Hannah Montana

Kyro’s contemporary influences may include Clairo, beabadoobee, and Machine Gun Kelly, but he is making his mark on the music industry with his own unique sound. Be sure to check out “austin & ally” (along with the rest of Kyro’s music) via any of his social media channels, or wherever you prefer to stream music.
