Natalie Jane releases “The Top,” earns feature in Netflix film

Natalie Jane just released her latest track, “The Top,” from her upcoming Sept. 27 EP SICK TO MY STOMACH. The single is also set to be featured in the Netflix film Uglies, premiering today, Sept. 13. 

Natalie Jane shared her excitement for the Uglies film via an Instagram post:

“Thank you @joeyking for getting this movie made, it was literally my favorite book growing up.”

The 20-year-old has already achieved enormous success in the music industry, taking the stage at festivals including Lollapalooza, earning over 9.8 million followers on TikTok, and amassing over 611 million combined global streams across platforms. 

“The Top” is a captivating track that is sure to leave fans wanting to hear even more of her sassy, confident attitude. Driving synths and huge bass drops turn the single into an unforgettable experience as Natalie Jane leads her own revolution.

About writing “The Top,” Natalie Jane said: “I wrote this about someone who told me to give up on my dreams. They said I needed a fallback for when this didn’t work out. So I wrote the line, ’Just watch, I’ll be waving at you from the top.’”
