Maximiliano’s new single “Here Now” is a regretful hearts anthem

Date:

The alternative rock artist Maximiliano has just recently released his new single “Here Now” as the opening track of his EPThis sound will immediately remind some alt rock fans of other popular artists in the genre like The Killers and Inhaler.  What makes Maximillano stand out, however, is his ability to use the timbre in his voice to add depth to his lyrics and overall sound. Sonically, “Here Now” is compelling, dynamic, and yet familiar. This song has tones of regret and not having reached out to people when you had the chance along with not communicating things that should have been said.

The song opens with a catchy bass, immediately creating this rich and mellow tone in the melody. His voice then melts into the rhythm of the song, allowing the listener to experience all the song has to offer. The synth also complements the beat to create a rather darker tone to mirror regret.

His tonal quality throughout the track is what shines through in the song, as the listener can really hear the pleading in his voice. There is remanence of remorsefulness stitched into the lyrics that do not make it hard to identify the emotional backstory. “Here Now” is heartfelt plea in the alt rock scene and one that stands out in Maximiliano’s discography.
