BTS’ Jimin to release second solo album ‘MUSE’ on July 19

Date:

K-pop singer Jimin is blending his love for art and what it means to be a muse in his sophomore album, MUSE, scheduled for release on July 19 through Big Hit Music.

Preorder/presave MUSE now.

This album comes a little over a year after his debut solo project, FACE,  which was released in March 2023. FACE peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and made Jimin the first South Korean solo artist to top the Billboard 100 chart.

MUSE will feature seven tracks, including “Closer Than This”, which Jimin released in December 2023 as a stand-alone single. The announcement of MUSE coincides with Jimin’s 18-month mandatory service in the South Korean military, which fellow BTS members V, Jungkook and RM also began in December.

With MUSE, Jimin highlights his personal journey of finding inspiration.
