Jensen McRae releases long awaited single “Massachusetts” along with a visualizer. The song was written by McRae and Mary Weitz and was produced by Brad Cook.
The song explores themes of longing for something, nostalgia, and takes you on a walk down memory lane. It’s a beautifully crafted song about loss and regret in relationships while still wishing the best for someone. “You broke me to pieces, but I root for you even though everything went up in flames. I’ll never forget how I bloomed for your gaze or your wall of guitars or your video games.” The musical prodigy is currently on tour in support of Noah Kahan on his We’ll All Be Here Forever Tour.
