Cyndi Lauper is saying goodbye with a headline tour spanning 23 cities across North America. According to events promoter Live Nation, this marks her first major tour in over a decade and will be her last.
The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour starts on Oct. 18 in Montreal, Quebec, and will conclude on Dec. 5 in Chicago, Illinois.

Simultaneously, a documentary titled Let the Canary Sing, directed by Alison Ellwood, aired on Paramount+ today in the US and Canada. The documentary will delve into Lauper’s life and career, documenting her rise to stardom, her influential punk-style evolution and her advocacy work.
