Date:

Libby Whitehouse might be the new kid on the block, but she is no stranger to success. With her first two singles from her upcoming EP, “OMG” and “Fired”, amassing over 800 thousand streams, followers are excited to see what comes next. Her latest single, “Sweetest Revenge”, encourages listeners to acknowledge their worth and move on from toxic relationships.

“Sweetest Revenge” focuses on being the best version of yourself. Through fiery lyrics, upbeat electric guitar, and high-energy percussion, Libby Whitehouse creates a danceable post-breakup song. The chorus sings, “So you can kiss it / Now that I’m gone, you’re gonna miss it / The best that you had / I got you hoping and praying and wishing you could / The sweetest revenge is me looking this good” showcasing Libby Whitehouse’s confidence in herself no matter the situation.

Sharing more about “Sweetest Revenge”, Libby Whitehouse comments:

“I wrote ‘Sweetest Revenge’ with some friends on a sunny day in London. I walked into the studio and felt I’d finally found my spark again. After a long time of feeling like I’d lost myself, I realized the best revenge you can get is realizing your worth and feeling good in yourself, not searching for that from someone else. I wish I had this song to dance around to at the time! Always remember it’s their loss!”
