Porter Robinson announces third album ‘SMILE :D’ and world tour

Date:

DJ, producer and singer Porter Robinson announced his newest album SMILE 😀 out July 26, 2024. The album announcement was accompanied by the second single “Knock Yourself Out XD,” which included a music video. The pop-induced track, which contrasts Robinson’s self-image and fans’ image of him, is an ode to societal expectations and perceptions.

The album will include several physical formats: a deluxe box set, the standard edition and two retail variants: a Milky Pink Urban Outfitters Exclusive and an Opaque Baby Pink Amazon Exclusive.

In an Instagram post, Robinson described this album as “NO sincerity, ALL fun, an album that revels in absurdity for a world that rejects context.” He says SMILE 😀 is his most fun and heartbreaking record to date.

Robinson is also set to tour later this year, performing in five continents between August 2024 and March 2025. For more ticket information, click here. Presale begins April 30.
