Limón Limón takes you to outer space with “Roller Skates”

Limon Limon

Limón Limón isn’t just crafting tunes. They are seeing into the future. But the past? It’s felt too. The LA-based duo comprised of Jason (vocals, guitar, bass) and Rand (keys, synths and drums), seamlessly blend nostalgia with innovation in their music.

Their latest release, “Roller Skates,” serves as an exciting tear from their debut album, Monterrey. From the moment the track begins, you’re transported to a world where the future is as easy to reach as the past.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Remi Wolf, Omar Apollo, and BENEE, Limón Limón’s signature style can be described as vacation pop, with catchy hooks and sun-soaked melodies.

“Roller Skates” is interestingly a kaleidoscope of sound, which opens with a vibrant synth that asks you to dance along to its infectious rhythm. It invites listeners to strap on your skates and glide through a feel-good world. It might even be to outer space.
