Ace Landauer is a songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Berkeley, California. Today, Landauer has released his brand new single, ‘Dumpster Fire’, the latest addition to his growing discography.
In 2022, Landauer released his first full-length LP, ‘Neckdeep’, completely independently. The record garnered attention from notable blogs and playlists, with songs featured on playlists curated by Alexrainbird, Kasey Gelsomino, and others. ‘Neckdeep’ was produced by indie artist and producer, Henry Chadwick, who also played drums and other instruments on the record.
The ‘Neckdeep’ album features contributions from Chrys Lynch (Marty O’Reily & The Old Soul Orchestra) on fiddle and Lucas Hahn (Taylor Eigsti) on keys. The eclectic mix of Landauer’s songwriting, Chadwick’s production, and the featured musicians resulted in a critically acclaimed debut release.
In the fall of 2023, Ace Landauer signed to Chadwick’s record label, Washateria Recordings. This partnership has allowed Landauer to expand his creative output, with an additional LP (produced by Chadwick), an EP, and two singles (produced by Hahn) all set to release in 2024.
Continuing their fruitful collaboration, Landauer, Chadwick, and Hahn will be entering the studio together in April 2024 to track yet another follow-up release. Fans can expect a diverse and engaging collection of new music from this talented group of artists.
