D’Arcy Embraces her Dark Side on “Hell”

Date:

D’Arcy is an artist who has toured among the likes of She Wants Revenge and Lee DeWyze, with upwards of 80 shows in the U.S. alone. Her latest release “Hell” is an entrancingly addictive anthem with cryptic notes of 80s inspired drums and chilling synths. Written about a darkly fated connection, D’Arcy reminisces on a haunting obsession.

Over sinister vocal reverbs, infectious beats that slither through the ear, and stark cascades of percussion, D’Arcy will pull you toward the dark side. She sings, “Heaven is when I’m with you / So if hell is where you go, I will follow you.” “Hell” enthralls us in a twisted fantasy as D’Arcy crafts a malevolent sonic atmosphere that leaves you breathless.

D’Arcy has continued to reach new heights since the release of her debut album The Art Of Flying in 2021. She is a renowned DJ, often appearing in New York venues including Good Room, Le Bain, and Public. “Hell” is her latest release.
