The Kid LAROI Announces Dates for Upcoming Album and “What Just Happened?”

Date:

The Kid LAROI is gearing up for the release of his upcoming album, The First Time.

In a recent interview with Bru on Audacy Check In, he discussed his recent collaboration with Jung Kook and Central Cee on the track “Too Much.” “This one just felt so fun and so different, and we knew if we could really find this out, it could be cool vibes for the album. We’d been trying to get something in this world for a long time. This was something that just felt so right. Every time we played the demo, it just made everyone want to dance.”

Taking to Instagram today, LAROI announced that The First Time is set to drop on November 10. He wrote, “It’s almost been 2 and half years since I last dropped a project and im proud to say that this one is SO much better than anything I’ve ever released… ever.

He went on to explain that while no song or lyric could fully encapsulate his experiences, he hopes this album provides a glimpse. He also expressed immense gratitude for the support he’s received from his fans.

LAROI also revealed that his next single, “What Just Happened?” will be released on Friday, October 27.

In the Audacy interview, LAROI shared how he’s grown both musically and personally since his last release. He’s been on a journey of self-discovery and artistic development, and he believes that this project represents his progress in that regard.
