LA based singer and songwriter fakelife has released his latest single “Kickstart My Life”, an electrifying duet with musician and voice actor Maya Aoki.
“Kickstart My Life” is a high energy, synth heavy love letter to a life changing encounter. The song describes the burst of emotions that arise when we meet someone that lifts us up, with an almost whimsical tone. The words encapsulate the excitement and hope new love can bring. On the meaning of the song, fakelife shares: “I wrote this song about the feeling you get when you meet someone that ignites a spark back into your life that you forgot you even had.”
