On September 8, 2023 American rock band Nothing More kicked off their Spirits 2023 tour in Nashville, Tennessee at Marathon Music Works. Supporting act for this mind blowing tour included Post Profit, Hyro The Hero, and Dead Poet Society all of which flowed together so seamlessly and made for an incredible start of the tour.
American rock band Nothing More was formed in 2003 out of San Antonio, Texas. This four piece band provides fans with great showmanship and there is never a full moment when they are on stage. As vocalist, Jonny Hawkins entered the stage with red and black paint smeared all over his body, and electric energy the crowd went absolutely wild. With the most recent album Spirits released in 2022 fans from all over have been highly anticipating this tour. Viewers young and old packed the venue holding signs, singing along, and chanting which song they would like to hear next. Most known for songs “Jenny,” “Let ’em Burn,” “This is The Time,” and “Go to War,” Nothing More performed all those and then some during their ninety minute set. With their motivation lyrics about love, hope, and loss this band has a little something for everyone. As the final notes played the crowds cheers roared across the venue and surely could be heard for miles. As much as we did not want this to end, we are anxiously awaiting for Nothing More to grace us with the presence again soon.
