Indie singer/songwriter, Tim Atlas released his new single “Attractive,” a hypnotizing fusion of indie and R&B that brings sensual vibes reminiscent of Silk Sonic’s smooth grooves and punchy breakdowns from Tame Impala.
Born in Oakland and now based in Los Angeles, Atlas began making music with alt-rock band April Chase and soon went on to release his first solo EP in 2013. 2 years later, Atlas was selected by Gwen Stefani to compete on Season 9 of The Voice and gained a following with his unique covers of hits like “Give Me Love” by Ed Sheeran and “Sweater Weather” by The Neighbourhood.
Since then, Atlas has expanded his discography with dozens of singles, 2 full-length albums, and a community of over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify. His biggest hit, “Compromised,” garnered over 32 million streams since its release in 2018, off Atlas’s debut album All Talk!. His latest Attractive EP holds Atlas’s new single and an accompanying track, “Knockin.”
Atlas hits the road this Fall to play 10 dates across the country, starting in September at Cafe 939 in Cambridge, MA. Check out more dates below.
