Indie artist Tommy Drinkard released his new single “Baton Rouge,” an upbeat track that encapsulates the feeling of living in the moment and serves as a reminder that everything is temporary.
Drinkard has carved out a unique sound using his various talents in guitar, banjo, beat making, singing, and songwriting. The Los Angeles native collaborated with French producer Chewingmusic to write “Baton Rouge,” and has previously worked with Katy Perry, Tim Armstrong, Mondo Cozmo, Jonny West and more.
Drinkard ushered in his return from a 2-year hiatus with a single titled “The End” featuring Jonny West in 2020, and the track has since reached 500,000 listens across platforms. Outside of his solo work, Drinkard plays banjo in the bluegrass band Water Tower, recently featured in Paste Magazine.
