Beach Weather has unveiled a fresh version of their popular single “Unlovable,” featuring Pale Waves, released through Arista. Despite being geographically dispersed across three different states, the band managed to collaborate remotely by sharing voice memos, titles, and ideas, which eventually culminated in their latest project, Pineapple Sunrise. Around the same time, their track “Sex, Drugs, Etc.” started gaining momentum organically.

Sean Silverman of Beach Weather expressed excitement about having Heather Baron-Gracie from Pale Waves featured on “Unlovable,” praising her unique and heavenly voice. He mentioned how he had heard Pale Waves’ song “She’s My Religion” and had always envisioned collaborating with them. The idea of having a contrasting vocal to offer a different perspective on “Unlovable” resonated with them, and from the moment they started recording with Heather, everything felt elevated. Her contribution particularly enhanced the chorus and brought a fresh take to the second verse.

After a series of festival performances in May, including the Shaky Knees Music Festival and BottleRock, Beach Weather is scheduled to perform at the WonderRoad Music Fest on June 17 in Indianapolis. Additionally, they will be supporting lovelytheband on a U.S. tour, which started on June 6 in San Diego and concluding on June 28 at Webster Hall in New York City. The band also recently announced Canadian tour dates for the fall, where they will be supporting The Beaches.
