They released the song with an accompanying music video containing the humor that longtime fans know and love from the Tallahassee band. Check it out below:
After the release of their 2021 LP, the band split from their label and will continue to release music independently, allowing them to “release new music more consistently as opposed to dropping an album every couple of years”, explains bassist Jeremy Lenzo.
The band is approaching two decades of making music together and this is certainly something to celebrate.
To support the release of this single as well as more new music coming throughout the summer, Mayday Parade will be hitting the road for an extensive tour beginning May 18 in Nashville. They’ll be playing at some legendary venues along the way, including Red Rocks and The Ryman, along with appearances at festivals like Louder Than Life and Aftershock. On some of the dates, they’ll be joined by friends All Time Low, Yellowcard, This Wild Life, Games We Play, Anberlin, and Story of the Year. Check out the full list of tour dates below.
