Kimbra Mesmerizes Atlanta Crowd With An Emotional Show

Date:

Promoting her latest album release “A Reckoning,” Kimbra has come back to Atlanta while traveling through North America on her “A Reckoning Tour.” In this latest era the singer brings out a newer and looser side of her as she experiments with sound in order to showcases her internal thoughts.

Commencing the night with her latest album’s introduction song, Save Me, Kimbra builds the building blocks of whats to come for the night. As the eerie lullably progresses, Kimbra’s performance captivates the audience as she surrenders her emotions and lets herself be an open book. Following up the introduction with her song Gun, Kimbra commands the stage as she showcased a stronger and angrier side of her. Moving back and forth, the emotions can be both seen and heard as the singer’s belts out her pain.

Taking the time to thank the audience, the singer reveals how grateful she is to share the moment with them and gives a deeper insight into how she channeled her thoughts at the start of the pandemic. As if opening a diary, Kimbra allowed the audience to step into her world as she described the process for certain songs, and created a unique environment for her fans.

With beautiful vocals sounding true to her recordings and knowing when to change them up with vocal effects, Kimbra’s show is one to add to the must-see list. The singer effectively teleports the crowd into her mind and shows the power of vulnerability as she lays out her heart for everyone to see.
