CHVRCHES bring Screen Violence tour to Boston

Date:

Scottish legends CHVRCHES brought their Screen Violence tour back to Boston at a very crowded Roadrunner. The band were previously in Boston back in December on the same tour, which was another fantastic show. This time they put on an even better show that left the crowd in awe. CHVRCHES consists of Lauren Mayberry,  Iain Cook, and Martin Doherty. The band put out their fourth critically acclaimed album Screen Violence just last year which garnered them immense praise around the world. The album features hit songs like  “He Said She Said” “Final Girl” and “Good Girls”.

CHVRCHES definitely have a dedicated fan base and they were all amped up to see their favorite band live again in Boston. The venue was packed and you could feel the energy in the room. Cafune opened up the night with a spectacular set that really got the crowd up and dancing. It was finally time for CHVRCHES to grace the stage and put on one of their best shows in Boston to date. Lauren came spinning out in a fancy red dress singing the opening lines to “He Said She Said” to the crowds delight. CHVRCHES have an incredible stage presence and they really know how to get the crowd jumping off of their feet for the whole night. It’s basically a giant party. The band also has an interesting stage setup and aesthetic, pertaining to the overall theme of Screen Violence with fake blood handprints on the drum set and Lauren covered in fake blood during “Final Girl”. They sure know how to entertain and put on an amazing show each time. It was definitely a night to remember. Be sure to catch CHVRCHES on tour in a city near you, tour info here.
