Currently on tour and opening for AJR, Gayle is bringing the full young rockstar experience. Performing at the Ameris Bank Amphitheater this past weekend, the singer songwriter left her mark throughout the night with her passionate performance. As the crowd waited for the night to commence, Gayle dashed across the stage as she recorded the crowd giving them a taste of what was to come.
Starting the set with ‘Luv Starved,’ the first track of her debut EP “A Study Of The Human Experience Volume One.” Sounding true to her recordings, Gayle’s rich voice quickly spread across the amphitheater. Losing herself to the music as she closed her eyes and performed with such emotion, it was clear that Gayle was singing from the heart. Proceeding to perform ‘e-z’ and then gradually increasing the tempo with ‘ur just horny,’ Gayle demonstrated that she has the range to change up her sound and keep the audience on their toes.
Becoming irresistible as the show went on, Gayle rocked on with her band as she jammed out throughout the stage with an occasional hair flip. With an almighty stage presence and smooth, clear vocals there is no denying that the singer has the potential to be a huge pop star.
As her performance came to end, the singer performed her massive break up anthem that overtook TikTok last year, ‘abcdefu.’ As the crowd sang along to the song’s addictive chorus, Gayle multiplied the energy as she commanded the stage.
With a setlist that lasted a little over half of an hour, Gayle did an amazing job winning over the crowd and setting the excitement for the rest of the night. Debating if one should catch her performance, it is highly recommended to come early so one can catch the whole performance. With a mighty stage presence, it’s clear that Gayle will be making more and more impact as she grows as an artist. Gayle is a must see star, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us in the near future.
