The Wrecks Release First Single of 2020

Date:

Alt rock band, The Wrecks, have been creeping into the music scene very slowly and very carefully.  It all began in 2017 when they released a trio of singles under the appropriately named, We Are The Wrecks.  They followed up those singles in 2018 with the release of Panic Vertigo, an EP further showcasing their quirky vibes.  After releasing two singles last year, The Wrecks are keeping the ball rolling with the release of their newest single, “Out Of Style.”

This track is a nice blend of some of the band’s signature sounds.  The verses are almost conversational, as lead vocalist Nick Anderson shares some thoughts about a former lover.  Along with this unique vocal styling, we hear sassy lyrics and a “sing-songy” chorus that all leads to the song’s main question, “When the hell did love go out of style?”  Check it out below!

Hopefully we will be getting a debut album from them soon!  For now, be sure to stream “Out Of Style” on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
