On February 7th, Denzel Curry and producer Kenny Beats came together to release the new 17-minute LP, UNLOCKED. This is the first project that the duo has dropped together, and after a three days of recording in The Cave, Kenny made the project come to life with his most unexpected and eclectic beats yet.
To accompany the album, Curry and Kenny teamed up with Psycho Films to release an animated short on YouTube. Following them through different worlds to get back all of the “leaked” tracks, the audience is entertained with an interesting and visually pleasing story-line that compliments the snippets of the album scattered throughout the film.
