Live Review: KARD Electrifies Atlanta As U.S Tour Comes To An End

Date:

Buckhead Theatre: Atlanta, GA

Partnering with SubKulture Entertainment, KARD’s “2019 WILD KARD Tour in USA” came to a bittersweet end this past weekend in Atlanta, GA. KARD’s four members: J.Seph, BM, Somin, and Jiwoo made sure to create an unforgettable night for their fans.

As light sticks waved back and forth, the four piece group was welcomed to loud cheers as they took on the stage. Commencing the night with one of their newer singles “Bomb Bomb,” the members of KARD showed off their skills as they easily glided across the stage. As red and purple lights constantly flashed during the opening song, it became impossible to not be memorized by the groups’s stage presence. Without taking a break nor slowing down, the group smoothly transitioned to an older hit of theirs, “Don’t Recall.”

Taking the time to interact with their fans, each member introduced themselves as they thanked the fans for being present. The members expressed how grateful they were to be in Atlanta, and apologized for not coming any sooner. As their introductions came to an end, BM shouted to the crowd, “I heard Atlanta is lit, are you guys ready for tonight?” The hyped out Atlanta crowd went wild as the four members continued the night with another older hit, “Oh NaNa.”

As the show went on, the excitement never dipped. The night consisted of outfit changes, two different duet stages, and even an impressive group cover of DJ’s Snake “Taki Taki.” KARD had the crowd singing and dancing all night. With both old and new fans in mind, the setlist did not disappoint as it showcased the group’s discography very well.

Having had only five stops for this U.S. tour run, Melodic Magazine is excited to see what the future holds for KARD. With an addictive group dynamic, it’s hard not to fall in love with the group’s charisma and talent. As the group returns back to South Korea, we can only hope that they will be back in the states for another tour.
