Live Review: PRETTYMUCH Feeds Atlanta With Nonstop Energy

Date:

Atlanta, GA @ The Tabernacle (07/16/2019)

Teleporting the audience to a construction set filled with lights and smoke, PRETTYMUCH brings nonstop action to their Atlanta crowd.

As the venue went dark and fans cheered in excitement, a spotlight displayed the members’ silhouettes one by one through the covered stage. As the curtain fell, different colored lights beamed in several directions revealing the five piece boy group.

Standing mid center in what appeared like a construction site, the five members: Brandon ArreagaEdwin HonoretAustin PorterNick Mara, and Zion Kuwonu, were greatly welcomed as fans screamed and jumped throughout the venue.

Starting the night with their recently released single “Lying” (unreleased at the time of the Atlanta show), the group took full control of the stage. Jumping from one platform to another, the group performed from different heights across the stage’s floor leaving no single spot untouched.

With impressive choreography, the boys smoothly moved in sync with one another. Without pausing the excitement, PRETTYMUCH cooly transitioned to “4U,” a song off their latest EP Phases. As fans sang along with the members, nonstop energy filled the venue as sound got louder and louder as time progressed. Treating the fans to another unreleased song, “Rock Withchu,” the members displayed how versatile they can be as they displayed a sexier image to the crowd.

With no doubt, the production value has increased when compared to PRETTYMUCH’s previous tour, the FUNKTION Tour. With mesmerizing light work and smoke cannons being used throughout the show, joined along with impressive vocals and choreography there is nothing not to like about the FOMO Tour. Demonstrating non stop energy, it’s very clear that PRETTYMUCH has it all. With so much already accomplished, one can only imagine what will happen once the group releases a debut album.
