SF9’s Atlanta stop of the “Unlimited” Tour effectively showcased the group’s talent and full potential. With impressive vocals, nonstop choreography, and covers that would make both Bruno Mars and Justin Bieber proud, the boys displayed an unlimited amount of energy.
Having debuted back in late 2016, SF9 has an impressive music collection filled with genres such as R&B, Hip-Hop, and Pop. Consisting of nine members: Youngbin, Inseong, Jaeyoon, Dawon, Rowoon, Zuho, Taeyang, Hwiyong, and Chani, SF9 partnered with MyMusicTaste earlier this year to bring the “Unlimited Tour” to select cities across both America and Europe.
Waving lightsticks and banners across the venue, fans welcomed the nine member group with great enthusiasm. With enormous energy and precise choreography, SF9 commenced the night with “Unlimited.” As fans chanted along, the members performed in unison as they dropped, thrusted, and slid across the stage. Without slowing down, SF9 smoothly transitioned to “Go Back In Time.” Taking full advantage of the stage, the nine members constantly moved from side to side making it hard to focus on any particular member. Despite performing in such high intensity, the group’s vocals remained steady and never withered as the night carried on.
Having prepared special stages for the night, SF9 members continued to showcase their talents in smaller groups. As the members left the stage, Dawon took center stage as he began to perform Charlie Puth’s “See You Again.” As Dawon won over the crowd with his vocals, Youngbin and Zuho quickly joined along as they both took turns rapping the song’s English verses. Mid way into the show, Inseong had his shining moment as he covered Bruno Mars’ “Versace On The Floor.” As he easily hit the notes, Inseong created such a memorable experience with his intimate performance. Taeyang and Jaeyoon kept the love ballads going as they performed a beautiful rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Nothing Like Us.” The covers effectively demonstrated the underrated vocals that one may not quickly noticed when hearing SF9.
Being such a fast-paced show, the members still took their time to interact with the crowd as well. As every member’s unique personality shined through either a video interlude or on stage, it was hard not to laugh or just keep a huge smile at all times. SF9’s stage presence is no joke, and consistently had fans begging for more. With the U.S tour dates approaching its end, SF9 will be finishing in Los Angeles at The Fonda Theatre before heading out across Europe. The “Unlimited Tour” is definitely a must-see show, and we hope to see the boys back in America sometime soon. Check out the images from Atlanta’s show down below!
