Live Review: VAV Takes The Spotlight At Buckhead Theatre

Date:

Hitting four different cities, South Korean boy group VAV took on Atlanta this past weekend at Buckhead Theatre on their “VAV Meet & Live” Tour. Visiting the U.S for the first time, fans were given the opportunity to meet their favs while also seeing a spectacular show.

Forming a long line outside of the venue, several fans eagerly waited. Unlike American tours, the evening started with a fan-signing. Experiencing a once-in-a-lifetime moment, fans were able to form conversations with their favorite idols, allowing both parties to get closer.

Starting off the evening with a fan favorite, “Spotlight,” the group set the tone for the remainder of the night as they dominated the theatre. With precise movements and intense choreography, the seven members captivated everyone within the venue. The tireless group showcased amazing vocals, demonstrating what they are capable of.

While the group was killing it on stage, the audience returned the same exact energy. Fans waved posters and light sticks as they danced and sang along to every single word. The audience constantly screamed and cheered as the group gave off an amazing performance.

With so much high intensity, the vibe stayed consistent throughout the night as the group performed favorites such as: “ABC (Middle Of The Night),” “Give It To Me,” and “She’s Mine.”

Taking a break from the constant slayage up on stage, VAV took the time to individually introduce themselves to the audience. As each member expressed his gratitude for being on stage, loud cheers welcomed every single one of them. Once introductions were over, the audience learned more about the group through the questions that were submitted right before the show. While answering questions, each member’s personality shined through as fans learned more about each one of them.

Hitting the stage once more, the boys surprised the crowd with their own rendition of “Havana” by Camila Cabello. With the addition of sexy moves, the audience went wild as the members performed the English hit. From there, VAV transitioned to Zedd’s hit “The Middle,” and finished the series of covers with Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk.” With constant smiles throughout the performances, it was clear that the boys were enjoying their time on stage.

Coordinating with U.S. promoters StudioPAV, VAV brought an amazing experience to their fans. Not only were fans able to get close with each member, but fans were finally able to experience the greatness of VAV. The seven members: Ziu, St. Van, Lou, Jacob, Baron, Ayno, and Ace, proved what amazing performers they truly are. Don’t sleep on these guys for you will be missing out.

Get ready to hopefully see more VAV in the near future as they get ready for another comeback. Hopefully we will be able to see them back in Atlanta very soon. In the meanwhile, check out some of the photos of the Atlanta show down below! Did you attend any of their shows? Let us know down below in the comments!
