Drew Holcomb and Paul Steele’s Moon River Music Festival will soon be moving to Chattanooga,TN from Memphis, TN this September 8-9. The two day festival will premiere in Chattanooga at Coolidge Park and include more than 20 artists to perform.
The 2018 lineup features headlining artists such as The Avett Brothers, The Head and The Heart, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Judah & The Lion, as well supporting acts from Trampled by Turles, I’m With Her, Penny & Sparrow, Margo Price, Mavis Staples, and The Dirty Guv’nahs to name a few.
Drew Holcomb originally started the Moon River Music festival in his hometown of Memphis to showcase the city in “all of its underrated glory.” Though the festival has outgrown Memphis, Holcomb saw the opportunity for the festival to be hosted in Chattanooga and said “the city has opened its arm to [them].”
