NECK DEEP NEW LOGO 2017_preview

Pop punk band Neck Deep are currently touring their new and very popular album, The Peace and The Panic, which hit #2 on the Top Album chart and #4 debut on Billboard Top 200 chart. This is their first tour back in the United States since the 2017 Vans Warped Tour and they have made it their best tour yet. They have become very successful over the years, especially after their headlining tour in 2016, and now with their third album. Their fans relate to their messages regarding the hardships life throws at you and how to get through the most difficult things in life. Their most recent album emphasizes the importance of personal growth and living in the moment, which makes their music meaningful and comforting to their listeners, especially those who struggle with depression and/or anxiety.

On Friday, the band stopped at Center Stage Theater in Atlanta and put on a great show for their fans in the South. After three openers, anticipation for Neck Deep filled the room as dedicated fans waited for their favorite band to take the stage. Once they came on, the whole venue up-roared in excitement and pure bliss. Frontman, Ben Barlow, put on an amazing show and you could definitely tell that he was loving every second he was on stage. He had an eccentric stage presence and connected with his fans the entire show. The band played old songs, fan favorites, and new songs off their most recent album. They had an equal balance of upbeat songs and acoustic songs which made for a very dynamic set. The crowd let loose as fans crowd surfed and sang along to their favorite songs. There was so much energy in that theater and only a band like Neck Deep can create that kind of atmosphere.

Neck Deep’s fans find solitude and safety in their music and the band makes sure to also give off that vibe during their shows. Whether you’re a die hard fan or someone looking to get into a new band, Neck Deep has something for every pop punk enthusiast. I definitely recommend trying to catch on of their shows on The Peace and The Panic Tour this year.
