Vinyl Theatre Covers Panic! At The Disco’s “I Write Sins Not Tragedies”

Date:

Vinyl Theatre might be a name you remember as a newcomer to Fueled By Ramen records. Having joined on August 19, 2014, the band just celebrated their one year anniversary as part of the FBR family. Recently, Vinyl Theatre’s tweets have teased us with the fact that they have been in the studio working on new music. On Wednesday, September 23, the band tweeted again, informing us that we might hear a teaser on Friday. Two days later, and in honor of the 10th Anniversary of Panic! At The Disco’s iconic album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, Vinyl Theatre released their cover of “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” via altpress.

Keegan Calmes, Nick Cesarz, Josh Pothier, and Chris Senner threw their own Vinyl-Theatre-esque into this track, and it has soared to the top of my favorites. Treat yourself and listen to this gem.
Vinyl Theatre’s debut LP, Electrogram, is available now. You can also catch them on tour this fall with Against the Current through the end of November
